  • Overview

    Come work with a great team!  Diamond Healthcare is the manager of behavioral health services for Medstar Washington Hospital Center.

    The Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner will perform H&P’s on newly admitted patients on behavioral health inpatient and other medical units and will follow through on other medical illnesses.  

    Requirements/Qualifications

    Must have at least 3 years prior nursing experience and a Psych background is preferred.  Master's, postgraduate, or doctoral degree from a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner program accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) (formerly NLNAC | National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission). Eligible for Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
