    We are currently recruiting for a Director of Business Development who is honest, has knowledge of the behavioral healthcare industry, has a passion for success and knows how to implement it.

    The Director of Business Development’s role involves these key responsibilities...

    Marketing and sales of Diamond’s services. 

    Management of relationships.

    Motivating and propelling the Business Development Team to success. 

    Developing marketing/sales strategies and programs to ensure profitable growth and service expansion. 

    Performing operational assessments. 

    Leading with transparency while cultivating professional and departmental integrity.  

    Local and nation-wide travel expected.


    The Director of Business Development should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a health or business field, Master’s Degree is preferred.

    5+ years of successful related work with experience in business development for behavioral health contract management business.

    Experience in Inpatient/Outpatient mental health and substance abuse program operations, CON processes, environment of care issues and the hospital industry is required.

    Working knowledge of third party reimbursement for behavioral health, and the hospital industry is required.

    Knowledge of behavioral health licensure requirements is helpful.

    Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational and writing skills required.
