Overview

Diamond Healthcare, now Signet Health, is hiring for both  Full-Time and PRN Therapists or Social Workers at our Senior Adult program in Ruidoso, NM.  

 

Full-time positions are offered a comprehensive and competitive compensation package including insurance - health, life, dental, vision - and generous PTO.

 

Responsibilities include:

    • Conducting and documenting daily group therapy sessions
    • Completing psychosocial assessments
    • Facilitating family therapy and individual therapy
    • Implementing and reviewing treatment and discharge plans

Requirements/Qualifications

Specific qualifications include:

  • Master's level licensure with state license - LMHT, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW or equivalent. 
  • Experience (hospital setting preferred).
  • Strong therapy and assessment skills.
  • Expertise in the needs of geriatric and adult populations.
  • Experience in performing brief short-term therapy (e.g. cognitive behavioral therapy or solution focused therapy).
  • Experience developing therapeutic materials preferred.
  • Bilingual ability in English and Spanish a plus.
