Nurse Manager, Behavioral Health Services  Greensboro, NC    Signet Health, a national behavioral health management company, is currently recruiting for a full-time seasoned Nurse Manager to manage the psychiatric inpatient services (adolescent and adult units) for an 80-bed program at Cone Health Behavioral Health Hospital in Greensboro, NC.      We offer benefits, generous PTO, and a starting salary range of $100,000.00 - $120,000.00, depending on qualifications/experience.    The Nurse Manager reports to the Behavioral Health Executive Director at the Facility and the Senior Director of Nursing at the main hospital. Candidate has accountability for managing resources, (human, material and financial) and to ensure quality, cost-effective delivery of services for the inpatient population. This person is recognized as a professional role model and promotes an environment that supports the goals, mission, vision, philosophy, and values of the behavioral health unit.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES:  Directs development and implementation of quality and utilization standards across the continuum of care to ensure coordinated plans of treatment, patient focused delivery of services and cost-effective utilization of necessary services. Builds trust with the nursing staff through visibility.     - Provides for the seamless transition of patients across the continuum of care. Establishes partnerships with Cone Health’s leadership groups. In collaboration with medical staff and facility leadership, ensures a superior care experience and a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.  - Ensures policies, practices and procedures comply with administrative, legal, and regulatory requirements of governmental and accrediting agencies. - Communicates and interprets policies and procedures to nursing staff and monitors staff practices and implementation. - Maintains a state of continuous regulatory readiness. - Evaluates the work performance of all nursing personnel. - Ensures delivery of compassionate quality care and nursing supervision as evidenced by adequate services and staff coverage on unit, and general cleanliness. - Reviews units daily to monitor and ensure timely, effective responses to significant changes in condition, transfers, discharges, unexplained injuries, falls, behavioral episodes, medication errors, and environmental issues. Performs rounds to observe care and to interview staff, patients, families, or other interested parties. - Collaborates with physicians, consultants, community agencies and institutions to improve the quality of services and to resolve identified problems. - Utilizes research data to implement clinical changes & the delivery of patient care. - Oversees nursing schedules to assure they meet patient needs and regulatory and budgetary standards. - Participates in the recruitment and selection of nursing personnel. 

Intake/Outreach Director, Behavioral Health Services  Greensboro, NC    Signet Health, a national behavioral health management company, is currently recruiting for a full-time seasoned Intake/Outreach Director for the psychiatric inpatient services (adolescent and adult units) for an 80-bed program at Cone Health Behavioral Health Hospital in Greensboro, NC.      We offer benefits, generous PTO, and a starting salary range of $75,000 - $95,000, depending on qualifications/experience.   The Intake/Outreach Director reports to the Behavioral Health Executive Director at the Facility.  This position will lead a team of Administrative Coordinators responsible for the completion of the initial intake assessments, and inpatient admission to the facility.  This individual is also responsible for providing community education support and implement referral development strategies that result in a positive community image and assist the facility in meeting its goals. It is expected this individual is recognized as a professional role model and promotes an environment that supports the goals, mission, vision, philosophy, and values of the behavioral health unit.   Responsibilities would include: - Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety standards. Participates in educational programs and In-service meetings Maintains confidentiality of patient information - Provides assessment evaluations, determines level of care, makes treatment recommendations. Coordinates the admission process with appropriate team members including Registration / Admissions and Nursing. - Respond promptly to inquiry and crisis calls - Refers inquiries to other agencies and community resources when not appropriate for facility admission - Developing marketing/sales strategies and programs to ensure profitable growth and service expansion. - Providing leadership and industry knowledge. - Ensuring appropriate mix of public relations, volume generating activities, and new market development strategies, including those requiring program enhancements to more effectively serve referral sources. - Performing effective service recovery as needed and regularly collaborating with the clinical team to assure that clinical services meet referral source needs. - Local travel.
