Signet Health is currently seeking qualified and responsible STNAs or Behavioral Health Techs for our program in Tiffin, OH. This position comes with a market-competitive compensation and benefits package as well as a generous sign-on bonus of $4,000!

This position is responsible for supporting the nursing staff in maintaining a therapeutic milieu by performing routinely assigned tasks and carrying out patient care activities (vital signs, ADL, meal monitoring, ambulation and documentation of basic patient information). 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience as a STNA, Behavioral Health Technician or equivalent needed.
• CPR certification required.
• Maintains current safe driving record.

Sojourn at Seneca is a comprehensive inpatient behavioral health hospital designed to meet the needs of older adults. The main goals of treatment are stabilization and to provide treatment to overcome current crisis, achieving personal growth in the process.

In collaboration with each patient's physician, our team of health care professionals designs an individual treatment program to address emotional and psychological health, as well as any outstanding physical and medical issues a patient is experiencing. Sojourn at Seneca's behavioral health program is specially designed to meet older adults' therapeutic needs, while offering a comfortable and welcoming environment during treatment.
