Director of Behavioral Health (Registered Nurse/RN)

We are actively recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Director of Behavioral Health position in Sullivan, Indiana.  As a Director of Behavioral Health/RN, you will coordinate with the on-site Client Hospital to provide overall program direction for outpatient adult and senior psychiatric units.You will also ensure high quality, high utilization, and adherence to both Signet Health and hospital policies, procedures, and plans. 

Your specific duties will include: 

• Overseeing day-to-day program operations. 
• Supervising program staff. 
• Referral Development and Community Education. 

The Director of Behavioral Health/Registered Nurse (RN) must have strong demonstrated leadership/management experience in a healthcare setting, as well as strong clinical knowledge of geriatric and adult patients.   

Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana RN license. BSN required; MSN preferred. 
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Expertise in the needs of geriatric and adult populations.
