The position is responsible for assisting with the 24-hour Admitting Process Unit (APU) to the Behavioral Health Center.

The Behavioral Health Center, located on WMCHealth's Valhalla campus, is the flagship of one of the largest behavioral health and substance-use treatment systems in New York State, which includes hospital-based services at WMCHealth’s MidHudson Regional Hospital, HealthAlliance Hospital and Bon Secours Community Hospital. The Behavioral Health Center offers a full spectrum of inpatient, outpatient, community and emergency care for individuals and families, including a child and adolescent psychiatry program and ePsychiatry services through WMCHealth’s telemedicine program.
These clinical services are at the core of our mission to provide behavioral health care to Hudson Valley communities, to train behavioral health professionals of the future and to contribute to research in the diagnosis and treatment of behavioral health disorders.
