Signet Health manages the behavioral health and psychiatry programs for Anderson Meridian Hospital in Meridian, MS.  We have a temporary opening (4-6 weeks) for a Mississipi licensed social worker (LPC, LMSW, or LCSW). 

This position provides the following:

• Group Therapy
• Social Services Assessments
• Treatment Team Planning
• Discharge Planning
• Individual Therapy (as needed)
• Developing Discharge Plans
• Weekly Patient Updates 

• Mississippi license required for one of the following:  LPC, LMSW, or LCSW or equivalent.
• Experience in working with behavioral health, inpatient preferably. 
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and display excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Must be flexible to adjust to the needs of a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to build rapport quickly and develop positive working relationships with program staff.
