Signet Health, a national behavioral health management company, is actively recruiting for an experienced professional for the position of Community Outreach Coordinator with our comprehensive, 12-bed behavioral health inpatient program.  This program is at Chambers Memorial Hospital, Danville, AR.  Generous compensation and benefits package.

This position provides community education support and implements referral development strategies resulting in a positive community image and assisting the facility in meeting its goals. This position reports to the Director of Behavioral Health. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develops marketing/sales strategies and programs to ensure profitable growth and service expansion.
• Provides leadership and industry knowledge.
• Ensures an appropriate mix of public relations, volume generating activities, and new market development strategies, including those requiring program enhancements to more effectively serve referral sources.
• Performs effective service recovery as needed and regularly collaborates with the clinical team to assure that services meet the needs of our patients.
• Local Travel (expenses reimbursed) to develop referrals. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a health or business field preferred or clinical licensue. 
• Experienced in business development and / or marketing for Behavioral Health, long-term care, or related field.
• Working knowledge of inpatient and outpatient mental health, and healthcare reimbursement desired. 
• Strong social, presentation, interpersonal and writing skills are needed.
