Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health - Nebraska Licensed Mental Health Practioner or Licensed Social Worker

We are currently seeking Director candidates for a Senior Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health program based at Howard County Medical Center in St. Paul, NE.  Must be licensed as a Nebraska Social Worker or Counselor to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Senior Adult Outpatient Program.
• Supervision of staff.
• Marketing the program and establishing referral connections within the community to promote /foster the growth and reputation of the program. 
• Providing both group and individual therapy.
