Signet Health is pleased to be working with Franciscan Health Michigan City Hospital, Michigan City, IN, overseeing a comprehensive 14-bed Adult Inpatient Program.  We are seeking an individual with RN Manager leadership skills for the position of RN Manager - Behavioral Health Services.  This is a highly visible position with strategic responsibility and is a unique opportunity to serve the community by working collaboratively with Signet Health and hospital leadership.

• Budgeting and financial management

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) preferred; bachelor’s degree (BSN) required.
• 3+ years leading a successful and profitable inpatient behavioral health program
• Working knowledge of State, CMS, and ACHC accreditation standards preferred
